TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PK COMPLEX ONLINE SHOP<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. General provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. An online shop operating at the following address sklep.pkcomplex.pl<\/strong> is run by:
     F.H.U. \u201eCOMPLEX\u201d Jaros\u0142aw Tokarczyk<\/strong>,

     Hereinafter referred to as the \u201eSeller\u201d.\n<\/li>\n
  2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the online shop, placing orders, delivery of goods, payment, withdrawal from the contract and the complaints procedure.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Customers placing an order are required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Shop<\/strong> \u2013 the Seller\u2019s online shop.\n<\/li>\n
    • Client<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit placing an order.\n<\/li>\n
    • Goods<\/strong> \u2013 building materials and accessories available in the Shop.\n<\/li>\n
    • Order<\/strong> \u2013 a declaration of intent by the Customer to enter into a contract of sale.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Shopping in the shop<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      1. All prices are quoted in Polish zlotys and include VAT.\n

      2. An order is placed once the form has been completed with the relevant order details, the terms and conditions have been accepted, and payment has been made.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        1. The only option available is payment in advance<\/strong> via a payment gateway PayU<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n
        2. The order is forwarded for processing once the payment has been credited to our account.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          1. Available delivery options:\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            • collection in person,\n<\/li>\n
            • courier delivery.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              1. Delivery is carried out within Poland<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n
              2. The order processing time depends on the specific nature of the products ordered and is determined on a case-by-case basis.\n<\/li>\n
              3. Delivery costs are shown when you place your order.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6. Withdrawal from the contract (refund)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                1. A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days<\/strong> without giving a reason.\n<\/li>\n
                2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a notice of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller\u2019s email address.\n<\/li>\n
                3. Returns are processed at the Customer\u2019s expense<\/strong>, given the specific nature of the building materials on sale.\n<\/li>\n
                4. The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from improper use.\n<\/li>\n
                5. The seller shall refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7. Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. The seller is liable for the goods\u2019 conformity with the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.\n<\/li>\n
                  2. Complaints can be submitted by email to the following address: kontakt@sklep.pkcomplex.pl<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n
                  3. A complaint should include: the Customer\u2019s details, a description of the fault and the Customer\u2019s request.\n<\/li>\n
                  4. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    8. Personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n
                      \n
                    1. The Customer\u2019s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Shop\u2019s website.\n<\/li>\n
                    2. The data controller is the Seller.\n<\/li>\n
                    3. Providing your details is voluntary, but necessary for us to fulfil your order.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      9. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      1. The Terms and Conditions are available in the Shop in a format that allows them to be downloaded and saved.\n<\/li>\n
                      2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; however, such amendments shall not affect the rights of customers who made a purchase prior to their introduction.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
