G-K Start by Knauf is a powdered gypsum-based filler for jointing plasterboard joints using reinforcing tape in interior applications. It is suitable for all types of plasterboard edges and is also ideal for filling and repairing defects, levelling mineral substrates and for use in the Dual Floor dry screed system (also as an adhesive). The approximate consumption for joint filling is around 0.3 kg\/m\u00b2, and the product is packed on a KN-WO pallet.<\/p>\n

Knauf G-K Start is ideal for manually finishing joints on plasterboard \u2013 both on factory-cut edges and those cut to size \u2013 using reinforcing tape. It can also be used for spot repairs and filling gaps, as well as for embedding corner beads and electrical boxes. The product is also used in the Knauf Dual Floor dry screed system, as well as a base coat prior to further finishing on mineral interior substrates, such as gypsum plasters, cement-lime plasters or old skim coats.<\/p>\n
