Types of Knauf fire-resistant plasterboard

The products we offer from the renowned manufacturer Knauf are recommended by many construction specialists. These boards are used in all drywall systems where fire resistance is required. Our range includes two types of Knauf fire-resistant boards – F13 and F15. They differ in thickness (12.5 mm and 15 mm respectively). Simply select the one that meets the specific fire safety requirements of the room or building in question.

F13 fire-resistant plasterboard

A 12.5 mm thick board, which is the ideal solution for drywall systems requiring fire resistance. This product offers excellent fire-resistant properties and is suitable for use in rooms with moderate fire protection requirements, or as protection for thinner partition walls.

F15 fire-resistant plasterboard

A thicker version of the board, 15 mm thick, offering greater fire resistance. This board is recommended for areas with high fire safety requirements, providing even better fire protection in areas with an increased risk of fire, such as corridors, stairwells and plant rooms, as well as for the protection of load-bearing walls.

Fire-resistant plasterboard – properties

• Non-combustibility and fire resistance – the boards are non-combustible, and their gypsum core, reinforced with glass fibre, ensures excellent structural integrity even under extreme fire conditions.
• Flexibility in installation – the ability to produce curved and angled components after milling, allowing them to be adapted to a variety of designs.
• Stability in changing conditions – fire-resistant plasterboards exhibit minimal deformation under varying temperatures and humidity levels, ensuring their durability in long-term use.
• Colour of fire-resistant plasterboard panels: red cardboard with a blue ‘Knauf’ print.
• Resistance to harsh indoor conditions – fire-rated plasterboards are suitable for indoor use and retain their properties at relative humidity levels of up to 70%.

• Knauf fire-resistant plasterboard panels packed on a non-returnable pallet.
• Board thickness: 12.5 mm – 64 pieces per pallet.
• Board thickness: 15 mm – 40 pieces per pallet.
• The cost of a pallet is 148 PLN per unit (including VAT).

*The minimum order for custom-sized panels is 10 pallets. For smaller quantities, a surcharge of 3% of the value is applied.
